Information for participants who might need a visa:

1. First of all, please contact the Spanish embassy or consulate in your country to obtain the list of required documents for your visit to Spain.
2. Then register for the EuroCombiCat 2009 (Without registration we will not be able to supply you with a letter of invitation).
3. Ask the conference office to send you a letter of invitation.
4. Apply for a Schengen Visa at your embassy or consulate. (Application form Spanish/English)
We strongly recommend to apply as early as possible and to allow for sufficient time for arrival and departure.
